APRC supplies nearly 15,000 m² of courier and warehouse space to E.Leclerc centers in the South-West of France.
SCALANDES E.LECLERC*, one of the 16 purchasing groups of GALEC – Groupement d’Achats E.LECLERC, has just taken possession of a logistics site in Mont-de-Marsan (40), built by APRC, the general contracting subsidiary of APRC GROUP.
Situated on a site spanning nearly 29 hectares, the new platform features two buildings constructed entirely with steel frames:
- a “SCA 6” logistics and refrigerated warehouse (the 6th SCALANDES E.LECLERC warehouse on this site) of around 10,100 m², temperature-controlled (+2°C) and equipped with a sorter-type process, with almost 1,100 m² of social and office space, 300 m² of technical space, 450 m² of loading space, and a possible 6,000 m² extension area;
- a 3,000 m² “ReverseLog” dry logistics warehouse, including offices and technical rooms, for pallet storage, with an outdoor area of 1,660 m².
This site offers :
- 49 platforms on SCA 6, and 6 platforms on ReverseLog
- 11 truck parking spaces and 150 car parking spaces
- photovoltaic panels covering 100% of the roof of the SCA 6 building for shared self-consumption with the existing buildings.
