Following the appointments of <strong>Jean-Marie Guillet<\/strong>, <strong>Olivier Barge<\/strong>, and <strong>Patrick Remords<\/strong>, Razzy Hammadi brings his extensive experience and vision to further accelerate the Group&#8217;s growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An economist with an <strong>MBA from ESSEC Paris and Mannheim<\/strong> and a Master&#8217;s degree in <strong>Smart Mobility Logistics<\/strong> from the \u00c9cole des Ponts and Telecom Paris, Razzy Hammadi began his career in <strong>public housing policy consulting<\/strong> before moving to the Meridiam investment fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elected as a <strong>Member of Parliament<\/strong> in 2012, Razzy played a significant role as <strong>General Rapporteur<\/strong> for both the <strong>Consumer Bill<\/strong> and the <strong>Equality and Citizenship Act<\/strong> within the Economic Affairs Committee. His roles included serving as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vice-President<\/strong> of the National Commission for Commercial Development (2014\u20132018),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>President<\/strong> of the Commercial Practices Review Commission (2012\u20132017), and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Member<\/strong> of the Finance Committee of the National Assembly, where he focused on local finance and territorial equalization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After his parliamentary tenure, Razzy Hammadi expanded his expertise in <strong>urban planning, development, logistics, and industrial real estate<\/strong>. In <strong>2017<\/strong>, he founded <strong>News Tank Cities<\/strong>, the first information agency dedicated to urban issues. Later, in <strong>2019<\/strong>, he established the <strong>MBA in Management of Urban Transitions<\/strong> at the P\u00f4le L\u00e9onard de Vinci, an initiative APRC Group has collaborated with since its inception. In <strong>2022<\/strong>, he authored <em>&#8220;The 10 Urban Challenges for France in 2030&#8221;<\/em>, published by L\u2019Archipel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Statement by Karim Abdellaoui, Founding President of APRC Group<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*&#8221;Contrary to excessive financialization and standardization, our projects always prioritize people, territories, and usage from the very first stages of real estate and production development.
